Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Hyperscale Wiring (a DBA of Nursultan Enterprise LLC) collects, uses, and protects information you provide when you visit hyperscalewiring.com or contact us about a project.

1. Information we collect

When you submit the RFP form on this site we collect: name, company, professional role, email address, region, project scale, and the brief you provide. We also collect server-side information your browser sends automatically (IP address, user-agent, referrer, request timestamp).

We use Vercel Analytics to measure aggregate page-view traffic. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not collect personal information per Vercel’s privacy policy.

2. How we use it

We use the information you submit only to respond to your RFP, qualify a potential engagement, and stay in touch about the work you described. We do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for marketing.

Email is sent via Resend, which acts as our transactional email processor.

3. How we store it

Submissions are emailed to our internal address (cs@hyperscalewiring.com) and may be retained in our mail archive for up to seven years for business-records purposes. Server logs (IP, user-agent) are retained for thirty days.

4. Your rights

You can request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by emailing cs@hyperscalewiring.com. We will respond within thirty days.

5. Cookies

This site does not set tracking cookies. The only client-side state we use is a session-storage flag that prevents the boot preloader from re-running on internal navigation.

6. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

7. Changes

If we change this policy materially, we will update the “REV” date at the top and, where appropriate, notify recent submitters by email.
